In Home Wellcare is a Rhode Island–licensed home care agency dedicated to helping people remain safe, independent, and cared for, in the place they call home.
We serve families across the state, providing personal care, companion support, dementia assistance, and culturally responsive service. Our caregivers are trained, licensed, and matched to each family based on needs and trust.
Formerly known as A Homely Care, our new name reflects the same heart, with a stronger voice. Our goal has always been to deliver care that feels personal, dignified, and truly well.
OUR SERVICES
We offer personal care, dementia care, companionship, homemaking, and post-hospital recovery, all delivered by licensed caregivers in English or Spanish. Our services are tailored, not templated.
